Utmärkt prestanda i extrema förhållanden
Frekvensomriktarna VACON® NXP Liquid Cooled Drive erbjuder ett effekt-/storleksförhållande som hör till de bästa på marknaden och är perfekta för applikationer med begränsat utrymme eller där luftkylning är svår att åstadkomma. Tung industri med krävande driftförhållanden, till exempel marina miljöer och offshore- och gruvmiljöer, har stor nytta av frekvensomriktarens kompakta format och rejäla tillförlitlighet.
Vätskekylda frekvensomriktare kan användas i många kombinationer – från en enda, dedikerad frekvensomriktare till gemensamma DC-bussystem i stor skala. Dessa fullständigt standardiserade frekvensomriktare erbjuder mängder av funktioner och ger möjligheten till optimal utrymmesanvändning samtidigt som livscykelkostnaderna minimeras.
Eftersom hög kapslingsklass (IP54 eller högre) är enkel att uppnå med dessa frekvensomriktare, kan de installeras nästan var som helst i en anläggning eller på ett fartyg. Detta eliminerar belastningen på luftkonditioneringssystem i rum med elektrisk utrustning, reducerar kostnader och installationstid samt gör dem idealiska för uppgradering.
Dessutom går de snabbt och enkelt att serva. Funktioner som Safe Torque Off (STO) och Safe Stop 1 (SS1) ger ökad säkerhet, medan ytbehandlade kretskort ökar tillförlitligheten.
Konfigurationerna NXA, NXN, NXB och NXI
Konfigurationerna Active Front-end (NXA), Non-regenerative Front-end (NXN), Brake Chopper (NXB) och Inverter (NXI) finns tillgängliga.

CH3 och CH4 har nått Limited-fasen av sin livscykel och har slutats tillverkas 2021. I denna fas erbjuder Danfoss hjälp med tjänster som DrivePro® Spare Parts, DrivePro® Retrofit och i vissa fall DrivePro® Preventive Maintenance.
