Eenvoudige integratie – optimale flexibiliteit
Het assortiment VACON® NXP frequentieregelaars met Common DC-bus omvat een aantal 'active front-ends', inverters en remchoppers. Deze zorgen voor een effectieve benutting en herverdeling van alle energie binnen een systeem.
Brochure VACON NXP Common DC-bus
Common DC-buscomponenten kunnen in veel verschillende combinaties worden gebruikt. In een regeneratief DC-bussysteem kan de active front-end vermogen terugleveren naar het voedingsnet. Dit is geschikt voor processen waarbij vaak wordt geremd en het remvermogen relatief groot is. In een systeem zonder regeneratie wordt het remvermogen verdeeld over andere frequentieregelaars in het systeem en kan het eventuele overtollige vermogen als warmte worden afgevoerd, via een optionele remchopper en remweerstanden. Dit is ideaal voor kleine productielijnen waarbij minder vaak hoeft te worden geremd.
NXA, NXN, NXB en NXI configuraties
Er zijn configuraties leverbaar met active front-end (NXA), niet-regeneratief front-end (NXN), remchopper (NXB) en inverter (NXI).

De opstelling van frequentieregelaars is beter bestand tegen spanningsdips en de harmonische vervorming wordt tot een minimum beperkt dankzij het Active Front End
