EKE 1 A,B,C and D

The reason could be that EKE 1A,B,C and D controllers has reset its settings after 32000 hours of operation and a consequent power cut off. This can be corrected by the below methods.

If the software version is 2.04, use the patch provided to permanently patch the product.

Check product label for identification of software version. Below is an example of where to find the information on the product label.

This SW version already includes the patch. No action needed from your side.

No, these versions only have temporary solution of reset and reconfigure the product. The patch should not be used in this case.

EKE 1P controllers

The reason could be that the EKE 1P controller has reset its settings after 32.000 hours of operation and a consequent power cut off. 

It can happen with EKE 1P controller software (SW) 2.14 or older and if the controller is used with Application 2 as standalone driver (for example as valve driver with AK-CC55) or with Application 1 as extension module for AK-PC 572 but with User Defined valve. In both cases the recommendation is to update the controller to SW 2.15 or newer.

If EKE 1P is used as extension module for AK-PC 572 with a standard Danfoss valve, no further action is needed.
