NEW DG4V3 AC valve tank port pressure rating!
Expanding the versatility of our high performance DG4V3 AC valves, we are now offering a lower tank port pressure rating at a very competitive price. The lower tank port rating option will be 160 bar (2300 psi).

Our directional valves come in a wide range of sizes and configurations.
Size 3
DG4V-3 is our D03/NG6 direct-acting directional “bang bang” valve.
- Single or double solenoid high-response valve
- Viton seals are standard. Nitrile are available.
- Range of coil connectors including DIN, Deutsch, AMP and terminal box
- Higher sustained machine productivity and higher uptime because of proven fatigue life and endurance, tested over 20 million cycles
Size 5
DG4V-4, DG4V-S4 and DG4V-5 direct operated D05/NG10 valves.
- Wet armature solenoids for quieter operation and long life with no dynamic seal leakage
- Two solenoid sizes to choose from for optimum performance and cost selection
DG3V-5, DG5V-5 Solenoid/Pilot operated D05/NG10 valves.
- All spool types have been designed to provide good low-shock
- Fast-response characteristics which can be enhanced by an optional pilot choke module
Size 7
DG3V-7, DG5V-7 Solenoid/Pilot operated D07/NG16 valves.
- Models include spring offset, spring centered and detented versions
- DG5V valves can be arranged for Internal or External pilot pressure and/or drain connections
- High pressure and flow capability for maximum cost-effectiveness
- The many optional features, particularly for DG5V valves,
- permit matching to virtually every application within the valve’s power capacity
Size 8
DG3V-8, DG5V-8 Solenoid/Pilot operated D08/NG25 valves.
- A ‘‘mini-system’’ capability with wide variety of spool and spring arrangements, stroke and pilot choke adjustments, integral check valves and port orifices
- High force solenoids and centering springs assure consistent shifting
- Optional Mainstage Spool Position Monitoring Switch (CE marked)
- Endurance tested to 10 million cycles and fatigue tested without failure to ensure highest reliability
Size 10
DG3V-8, DG5V-8 Solenoid/Pilot operated D08/NG25 valves.
- A ‘‘mini-system’’ capability with wide variety of spool and spring arrangements, stroke and pilot choke adjustments, integral check valves and port orifices
- High force solenoids and centering springs assure consistent shifting
- Optional Mainstage Spool Position Monitoring Switch (CE marked)

- Plain, waterproof, and lockable manual override options are available to facilitate system troubleshooting or servicing.
M-Series
This mobile version valves include: DG4V-3M & DG4V-5M direct-acting D03/NG06 valves.
- Integrated Deutsch connectors provide best-in-class IP69K ingress protection perfect for applications requiring high pressure washdown.
- Proportional control available (KDG4V-3M)
- Coil Ratings of: 12 VDC, 24 VDC,28 VDC

To install industrial valves, you need Vickers by Danfoss subplates and bolt kits. This hardware is engineered especially for Danfoss valves and manifolds to give your systems the flat surfaces and stiffness required for a reliable seal.
