Danfoss to showcase solutions that decarbonize transportation at ACT Expo 2025

NORDBORG, Denmark – Danfoss will exhibit solutions that enable high-performance commercial vehicles at the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo 2025, April 28 to May 1, in Anaheim, Calif. At booth 6341, Danfoss will highlight products from its Power Solutions and Power Electronics and Drives businesses, showcasing how the company helps original equipment manufacturers and vehicle fleet owners decarbonize their vehicles while exceeding performance expectations.

 

A range of innovative products and solutions for low- and zero-emissions commercial vehicles will be on display at the booth, including Editron electric motors and converters, Semikron Danfoss power electronics, and Fluid Conveyance hoses and fittings. Key highlights include:

  • eHydraulic Power Module, which packages an EM-PMI240 electric motor, D1P hydraulic pump, and EC-C1200 inverter, creating an all-in-one solution for auxiliary hydraulic power.
  • Editron ED3 onboard charger and electric power take-off, enabling rapid overnight and opportunity charging for heavy-duty electric vehicles using readily available AC chargers.
  • Low Voltage ePowerpack, which can be used as a compact, safe backup power unit for emergency steering in hydraulically steered vehicles such as buses, heavy-duty trucks, and tankers. 
  • Semikron Danfoss’ highly scalable eMPack® and DCM™ power module solutions for light-duty and heavy-duty traction inverter applications.
  • Compact, high-performance inverter solutions for on- and off-road applications, including the SKAI® LV low-voltage inverter system and SKAI® HV high-voltage Power Core inverter platform.
  • EverCool EC005 air conditioning hose and Internal Heat Exchanger (IHX). The EC005 hose simplifies installation while offering weight reduction and proven reliability.
  • Synflex 35NG high-pressure hose and Everflex NG-TW low-pressure hose for compressed natural gas applications.

As part of the conference program, Cameron Guernsey, Sales Development Manager for Danfoss Editron, will join the panel discussion, “Breaking Down Cost Barriers and Optimizing Batteries for Fleets.” The session, taking place Monday, April 28, from 10:10 to 11:25 am, will delve into strategies for accelerating the adoption of battery electric vehicles across various sectors.
