The German Supply Chain Act (LkSG)
The LkSG has been mandatory for all larger German companies – the thresholds did change over time (threshold 2024 – more than 1000 employees). The LkSG regulates corporate due diligence obligations to protect environmental and human rights in their own business operations and global supply chains.
