A reliable, safe and green solution
Danfoss ICV Flexline™ guarantees you a reliable, safe and green solution - both now and in the future. The product family consists of an ICS pilot operated control, ICM motor operated control and ICLX 2-step solenoid valve. All valve variants are based on one common valve body to offer outstanding flexibility.
The modular concept greatly facilitates the building of a valve that offers energy savings and reduction of down-time. All valves are designed for a maximum working pressure of 65 bar (943 psi) and efficiently handle CO₂ and other future high pressure refrigerants.
The ICV Flexline™ offers you one platform for multiple control solutions.
Features and benefits
65 bar (943 psi) pressure approval in the temperature range -76 to 248°F
Approved for ammonia, CO₂ and other non-flammable refrigerants
Low energy consumption
Improved system performance and reliability
Leak risk reduced by up to 80% thanks to magnetic coupling and no dynamic sealing
Reduced service costs
Light and small valves with only welded connections
Reduce lifecycle costs, increase savings and design freedom
The ICV Flexline™ control valves are not only designed to give you savings and design freedom, but they also provide a reliable, safe and green solution for your needs - both now and in the future.
Ammonia conversion for cold storage facility is simple with ICV Flexline™
