When you install a Prosa IoT solution for food stores, you can access remotely on the ProsaLink app to all the data you need on the system. This way you can act upfront, reduce downtime and food loss, and save time and money.

Download the app and monitor

With an affordable monthly subscription paid by your customer, you can both monitor all the connected refrigeration assets via a mobile phone and a PC. And this, across sites, regions or even countries. With your own login, you can also access to more functionalities to help you perform remote maintenance.

Upon completion of the free trial, the user will be asked to subscribe to the monitoring service. Payments will be recurring unless subscription is cancelled.

The user will automatically receive a reminder notification through the mobile app notifying of the start date of the subscription. ​​
Failure to subscribe will mean that the service will be withdrawn, and data network will be disconnected. ​
